Is a formally trained and experienced Kashmiri and North Indian Culinary Expert who also specializes in delicacies from Delhi. People have traveled from miles away to taste Sharanjit’s food and she is part of a generation from Punjab who would grow, dry roast, and treat all their own fruits, herbs, and spices by hand for every single meal. Sharanjit grew up adding sunshine as part of the art of her recipes and learned everything she knew from the woman who mothered her. At that time, cooking traditions were a precious heirloom that was passed on to be preserved and cared for tenderly and with loving care to each new generation.
