Acupuncture is an Ancient Eastern healing modality fully recognized today by the World Health Organization as a complete system of Medicine. On February 14th, 2017 Acupuncture was endorsed by the American College of Physicians as a top choice for pain management. Acupuncture is extremely helpful during our Modern time for longevity and is best experienced on a regular basis before a problem gets to the point of needing to be in the hospital. Acupuncturists are medically trained, and through their own lens of diagnostics they provide relief to chronic and acute signs and symptoms from the problems you currently face. Acupuncture is beneficial in conditions of Internal Medicine, Musculo- Skeletal conditions, and Mental/Emotional issues.
The insertion of the acupuncture filament needle is often compared to the feeling of a bug bite. Acupuncture filament needles are not hollow like a hypodermic syringe and are not similar at all in sensation.
The benefits of acupuncture are getting sick and out of balance far less often, improved sleep, reduced anxiety, improved mental & emotional state, reduced pain, better relationships, and an overall experience of harmony within the arc of life.
